On Nov 5, 2009 at appox: 11:42am our mail server was blacklisted with yahoo.com. The reason for the blacklist is still undetermined, however we are currently working with yahoo.com to remove this blacklist.

We have also noticed other domains have blacklisted our mail server. We have been in contact with all those domains and are working through the removal of these new blacklists.
We have found the cause of this issue, A non Cyberlink rogue user used our mail server as one point to send mass emails through. This user has now been blocked from our network.

Details:
At this time, our dialup pool in Cranbrook is ringing busy.
We have opened a trouble ticket with Telus and hope to have this outage resolved soon.
If it is critical that you connect via dialup during this outage, you have the option of using our dialup pools in Kimberley and Invermere.

Details:
A problem was found with our AntiSpam Server which cause delays in the transfer of emails.
This problem has now been rectified and emails are now moving thorough the systems as normal.

Details:
After the DSL upgrade that was completed on Jan 21,2009, we still have reports of DSL Subscribers having problems connecting to some websites.
The problem has to do with our Upstream provider.
Their technicians are currently working on this problem and they hope to have a resolution very soon.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Some sites are still not responding as normal
,gov.bc.ca is a known network that is non responsive.

At this time, Some of our DSL Subscribers are experiencing problems sending email. This is due to a recent upgrade to some of our DSL Subscribers. Our technicians are currently working on this problem and we hope to have a resolution very soon.
